I like USB ports

So there I am all in love with the new MacBook Air. Sure, it’s not what I was hoping for and it is quite expensive given may of the specs. But there it is. All sexy and sleek. Kinda hard but soft at the same time. I’m a sucker for form and fashion. Right now I have a MacBook. The black one. It’s really great but I want the latest thing. I mean I’ve had this Macbook for a year and it has worked perfectly fine. I’ve had no problems with this computer so naturally it’s time for a brand new one.
It’s 9:45am on Tuesday. Steve gives his keynote. I’m lathered up. I’ve got my credit card out. Two weeks. Can I wait that long? Just do it. I want it. Wait, maybe I should read the specs. Let’s see…screen size…okay…hard drive…not so great but okay…no optical drive…okay, I can see the future…backlit keys are sexy…wait…one USB port? What would I do with only one USB port? First of all, I’m going to clearly need to regularly plug in my external hard drive to back it up. Oh, wait I guess I could buy the 1TB time capsule for an extra 5 bills. I need to plug in my iPhone, flash drives, the occasional external mouse…wait…there’s no way I can buy this laptop. Even the EeePC has 3 USB ports. Any ultramobile has to be expandable otherwise it’s just a toy.
